SPX monthly RSI-7 was only slightly above the 70 level as of the June 25, 2013 close - now up to the 74.5 level at this moment
*a few months ago, I saved your chart settings in a "Foot" folder I created and I noticed last night that the monthly RSI-7 had not yet downside violated the 70 level
bullish ID 'till proven otherwise ... time will tell - LOL
