We just had a major development that just might change everything.

Anadarko, Lydia Protopapas, filed a Notice of Appeal on the 25th (#2110) and an emergency motion (#2111). These relate to the Gomez rejection and /or relinquishment. Anadarko thinks they can win the appeal based on these filings. It should be a must read by all.

What is interesting in Section A,16 (of the motion) they are asking for; “maintain status quo as it existed prior to the entry of the abandonment order.”

Also in the hearing last week regarding sale approval, assumptions were made by the court with regards to the ruling based on the Gomez order, if the Gomez order goes away, so do those assumptions.
