RENO, Nev., June 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PPJ Enterprise (OTC Pink: PPJE) (http://www.ppjenterprise.com/) a proprietary automated health care software company, is pleased to share current updates with the company followers regarding the current issues.

PPJ Enterprise previously announced that all long-term shareholders will be given dividend and bonus shares; the Company was not able to release the promised shares on June 9th, 2012 due DTC Chill placed on certain shares in 2011. The DTC (Depository Trust Company) on January 16, 2013 has determined to lift the Deposit Chill and has resumed accepting deposits of the Issue for depository and book-entry transfer services (This News was already published on March 4, 2013). The Company staffs are working to get the final count of bonus and dividend shares as until June 9, 2012 and bonus shares will be added if the distribution is made after June 9, 2013. The Company is working to obtain DTC Fast (DWAC). Once DTC Fast is approved, promised shares will be transferred electronically to each shareholders account. For all long term shareholders, all shares transferred will be calculated based upon the dollar amount as agreed in the last calculation post reverse split. For example if total share value calculated at $100.00, all bonuses and dividends will be calculated and added as dollar value and then will be paid at current market share price that will be lot more shares (more than twice the shares at the current per share value ) to shareholders than many expected.

The Company and its CEO Ms. Basu appreciates shareholders patience and commitments that stood by with the Company and allowed the Company to clear itself from DTC Chill list. Shareholders are advised to provide complete account information along with a current state issued picture ID with current mailing address. The Company will be informing the shareholders once the Company is ready to transfer their shares.
