The bottom line is that it's illegal, and the SEC will not let a public company operate where they are operating in an illegal act.
SKTO is doing just that.
And the SEC will shut them down.
May be tomorrow, may be a couple of months, one never knows when the SEC steps in. Seen it as a post-Christmas present, so they aren't picky about the season.
Nothing about this deal is on the up and up.
And it's a shame that more people haven't picked up on that simple premise.
If a company were based on "rent-a-robber," would that be a worthy investment for a publicly traded company?
Robbing is against the law.
Growing MMJ is against federal law.
