I was wondering if my process of elimination might lead to that. If there's no room for an operational #4 in that building, then either another building is needed if they intend to add a processor in NF or #4 must go off premises somewhere.
If you can find access to a site plan for the NF property you'll see that it is broken up into a half a dozen or so pieces by rights of way.....I don't know it there's a piece big enough to accommodate a "processor size" building.
