I don't really see that as anything new, we already knew he was bullish on green tech and i'm sure this is just the start. The walmart news on the other hand, is definitely targeted at this company. If you check it out, the walmart release was 13:09 exactly when it spiked.. computers bought on it i'd imagine where 201k traded in 1 minute.
