The Grundig consent judgment of only $10,250 is based on e.Digial's attorney fees and costs -- not infringement.
This amount is likely similar to the less than nuisance value settlement agreements from the other defendants as I have been expecting. We are not going to see the kind of settlements seen in the previous two group lawsuits.
It looks like Grundig did very little to even investigate the Markman ruling on '774 as their products almost certainly use RAM, which the '774 patent specifically excludes.
