In response to yesterdays crayon concerns It's my understanding that loads of up to 39,000 lbs of defective markers and crayons which were broken, off colour or improperly labeled were shipped to the site as early as last year. ( Post # 231597 ) Only real component of #3 which required testing was the pencoke removal or the last stage .The first and second stage duplicated #2. Crayons have a residue which would quickly help to test how effective the removal of solids thru the final stage of the new machine functioned. Probably why they were used on start up.Other then releasing any final gases this stages minimizes the contents of the two previous stages of the pencoke which acted as a insulating bat when the doubling of input occurred slowing the process. Also now allowing for a controlled removal of solids. ( Post# 231598) There's still enough room on the other side of the door to fit #4. NF was supposed to be a multiple unit location , but that's just my guess. (allowed one message/day)
