Believe me I don't want a bogus PR and I am not overly concerned with the share price. One real contract and this will move north quickly. There are just some areas where I expected more information. I expected this information based on what has already been released by the company. I believe there is plenty of work going on behind the scenes and I am hopeful to see a contract announced in the near future. Time will tell but in the penny investing word more often then not "Time is the killer of deals"... Lets hope HITOR is the exception...
