TICK HOD is at 2:13 and only 969 so far. Still dropping and now in the 100's at 2:29. PREM isn't doing a lot, and really hasn't today. So no ramping occuring in the futures pitts.

Whoa, and there goes the TICK, now spiking down into the -200's before bouncing a little.
