Hurst in 1978 showed that the SPX cycle was 10.8
Recent studies show it is still near 11.

Then BOMAR came along and tried to use moving averages
to get a certain percentage of closes within the bands.

Finally John Bollinger came along with BB(20,2) method
that encloses about 88 to 90 % of the price action within the bands.

So what am I trying to do ?
Since I do not need a general solution to all stocks,
I am writing a program that will enclose a certain percentage
of price action within BOMAR BANDS.
