I don't know what happened to Deer Valley, but I like this loan much better because it doesn't pay out in shares of stock. The New Capital Group was not a loan, but was hired for planning purposes. You can find KVM Capital LLC on the net. It looks like a private firm that makes loans. That's all I can find out.
