Of course Belize operations takes away from what is happening in TX. Belize costs money and takes away substantially from what has happened in TX. If Treaty gave themselves 300 million shares for doing nothing but screwing up, imagine how many shares they will give themselves for doing a little better than nothing. Here comes the A/S increase IMO.
