Agreed Susie, I think it was a fair question and a good suggestion. I don't know about your other posts, but I Agree with you on that. I live in an area that has the biggest military precense in the US and delivery is 5 days or more to here from PA. From kentucky it's only 2-3 days. However, all of my dvds except one has come from PA. I think a DC in Richmond would be key to service the lower southeast of the US. I wouldn't be surprised if they add one here. The PA mail service is horribly slow for some reason and I believe GZFX is looking at it while we speak. In any case, it could be growing pains, but they won't have long to fix them without having a high churn rate in the mean time. We can only hope they fix the website and the DC problems quickly before we have 100,000 subscriber plus. 100,000 subscribers plus, I like the sound of that. :)
