I typically consider name changes irrelevant and a time / money waste. If a company focuses on product and revenue the rest will fall into place. To me name change is usually a sign of failure and a last resort - like RIMM trying to spin their image.

In the case of CSTR I don't mind too much because I still like the company. They could have any name - I don't mind.
