I believe good things are going to happen soon in my opinion. We all know the government can take its time with things. Its beyond anyones control. The mitigation project is real, I have confirmed that. They told me approval could come within 30 days and that was the 10th, I am hoping we hear news within the next two weeks.
Also, we knew that upgrade to QX could take some time, the original PR on that said prior to Aug 31st, so this could take 2 months. We have to be patient. This stock was never a day trade.
