Joe Public has never seen a chart nor are they up on what is happening in any market. I had a contract sent to me on Friday with a cap of 4% on a loan, or they can walk. I had to call the realtor back to let him know about the rate increases and that his contract was already void. Most people have no clue about what is going on in the financial markets and have never even heard of Ben etc. They believe in the empty rhetoric of speeches and have no discernment. If it sounds intellectual, they must know their stuff, and if they are good looking, forget it, run for office LOL. The most important thing a leader must possess is an ability to communicate their ignorance. Then the people line up to serve him.
