Here is what everyone is missing, when #3 proves 75-85% uptime and it will, it's game over, because that means constant revenue stream, constant plastic supplies and contracts, and $$$$ in the kitty to the tune of minimum 10 mil a year. then convert #2 to petcoke removal system and you got enough revs (15-20 mil) to be self sustaining. Once that occurs you have money in the bank for build out, the all important proof of concept (running full boar for 3-6 months)and the ability to obtain additional non toxic financing.
