STOA - We now have another catalyst here. No. 1 below added today.

1. A doji formed on the daily signalling a bullish reversal.

2. Volume is still good but less selling than past 3 days.

3. Company has a healthy balance sheet in the black showing profits.

4. Company is in a growth sector and have intelectual property and computer based programs that are the envy of the likes of Alababa and Ebay.

STOA is a no-brainer investment even if PPS went to .002. So many other penny stocks that are worth way less trade from .002 on the same share structure and make it to penny land. Too many weak hands have folded this weak and got their shares stolen. I'm sorry you left the likeliest of winners in 2013.
