Interest Rates on homes
Just hit 4.5% today. That is a full point up in a month. My friend said that they will be 5% fairly soon. Ben was puzzled how interest rates climbed. Shows you how competent all those so called smart people are. Take away their stupid Bubble models and they haven't got a clue. BO will beat out Carter coming up They were touting that Real Estate was the engine of the so called recovery. Take a look at this chart.
