Then why bother filing that 8K on 5/30/13 - what's the point - unless something is happening and the company is alive and the deal with IFF is still 100% valid.

Why if they stopped filing do they put out an 8K - hmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!

You can suspect and assume all you want but you have no idea.
