Here's the thing:

So they've shut down operations. They licensed their flagship product, and stopped R&D. They're in dire financial straits. We have no idea how many employees are left; only one person is named on the "management" page:

The "board of directors" page doesn't work. The "contact" page is out of date. The "investors" and "press releases" pages don't work either. Looks as if no one's tending the store.

This is as close to going out of business as it gets. No doubt they hope their license fees will one day be substantial, but that remains to be seen. In the meanwhile, they have no other source of revenues.

Do they have any other responsibilities to fulfill in connection with maintaining the licensing agreement? Are they supposed to be doing more R&D on RP44? If so...
