So Im not sure It might just be for the time being but I dont see ARCA anywhere on level 2 - With how many shares ARCA has dropped so quickly and we are still above 2 cents get ready for what I think will be a big move higher soon. I think Arca has to be close to out of shares or just dropped the final inventory of shares on the 7.5 million from earlier.. Time will tell...

If conversions go on break for an extended period of time we should see a move past 5+ cents- If we can go from .005 to 4 cents I think we can from 2 cents to over 5 cents easily especially given the recent developments which have yet to see a PR
