I think the two parties will work hard to make sure they move forward...I would think the only way the deal falls apart is if Erhc gets a better deal from someone else...while such a development would be better still, of course it will prolong the time frame...and I wouldnt blame for keeping quiet if that happens...besides Erhc did say they were talking to multiple people...

I know that each passing day can be scary...I do think that the guy who purchased 200,000(?) shares the other day and expects to use proceeds to pay for tuition this fall must be inexperienced given that the OTCBB has unique risks and this is Africa...plus announcing that just makes him short bait imo (shaking my head)...b/c you know he's going to get nervous. If you're reading this, make sure you have some diversification...this is by no means a "tuition" investment.

This is not a personal attack on anyone...I think it is kind advice especially since as a long it wouldnt ordinarily be monetarily in my interest for someone to sell...but I can empathize with what can happen if you find yourself unable to pay tuition.

It *is* possible for the LOI to fail and for this to drag on...I dont think it's probable but certainly possible.
