You know, I just dont believe 100% of the info that comes out from any companies PR's. The best thing to do is always call the people directly responsible. What I found is that Island Stock Transfer is mainly working with the Preferred C shares and all they are doing with the D is converting 1,2, or 3 shares so the fees are lower. Sorry to hear about your case. If it all works out the way they say it will, it may just be a drop in the bucket imo. All the best
