Chucky said he had talked to them the other day, and that they are waiting for the mitigation bank approval and they are also working on the audit with the new auditor for QX upgrade.

I had contacted the Army Corps out of Galveston a while back and posted that here, and the guy said "approval could come within 30 days" That was 6/10, so possibly by 7/10 or sooner.

They really dont have to keep investors updated constantly, no company does. The only requirements are quarterly reporting. I think we know all there is to know at this point, and like that they are focusing on making things happen rather than maintaining a fancy blog.
