Jag, don't have a problem w/400MM+ O/S as of now. It's nothing if and when they start drilling. But, well, I agree w/you on selling those private offerings, they robbing AMEP shareholders sooner or later. But, better they getting money from Cornell, and end up w/death-spiral-financing. I guess that's what they call gambling. Still odds are much better here now then in vegas. JMHO
