I don't agree, I think that is a contrarian caught in this snorter short that does not understand the dynamics of the market. Yes he is right these stocks are moving irrationally because the supply is limited and shorts have crowded in these, the irrational prices are caused by shorts that insist on shorting snorters solely based on fundamentals. Why is he not making the argument that "someone" should be brought to court for not buying a large number o stocks with pretty good prospects going begging at below book value? This is the market, some stocks serve as momo vehicles and unless they break, you short them at your own risk. The markets and the regulators have no promise of rational pricing, for the simple reason that neither know how to measure the future prospects of these companies. The market, rightly or wrongly is doing that by its own mechanisms.
