Question.....I just saw the news. Great! I see that all we need to do is send in a check for the $104.00.

They are going to send us back to new certs. 1 for 100,000 shares of common and a new Pref D or C cert showing 1 to 3 less.

Is this Correct?

Once we get the go ahead to sell our common we have to send the cert to our broker is that correct?
