You are right, now they only have 6%, however, before that they were 100% wholly owned, even AWS acknowledged that, there is nothing wrong about that.

This is when MEXP changed their transaction with AWS, this was announced in September, this is DD, simply stating MEXP never owned AWS is deceiving.

MEXP has modified its transaction with Atmospheric water Solutions (AWS) in order for AWS to have access to additional capital, in order to continue expanding the company's infrastructure, inventory and growth.
