Just keeps getting WORSE here. I see no reason to purchase this security. My basis? 1 - A history of PROMOTERS here that HAMMER E-mail addresses with unsolicited SPAM . 2 - TOXIC/DEATH SPIRAL financing as documented in the recent S-1 filing. 3 - A history of issuing BELOW market shares at large DISCOUNTS to market at the time of issuance. DILUTION ! 4 - Only 24 shareholders of record as of 6/12/2013 (per the S-1 filing). 5 - Too much risk when compared to any possible reward. Good luck.
