Here is the email response I just received from Island Transfer.


Hello John,


For the Preferred D class, you will need to send the cert to Citadel as we are not the Transfer Agent for this class. The company will send the necessary documentation to us to issue the common shares. We will request payment at the request comes in for processing.

So she's telling me not to send the cert and I guess not to send the money until its requested.
