I agree with this 100% !!!

The worst part is, it's not just one person but several dozen folks are making the same type of phone calls to these Pilot stores day in and day out. We got to stop this.

I would at least hope people that are reading these boards are paying attention to which stores have been blanketed...

With that said, I need/want an ipod or mp3 player...
Gonna go visit a store in Jersey...
