Chip, I thought you should know this since many people are reporting problems with Gift Cert orders.
I have ordered 2 gift certificates but had some problems with the website when ordering. Other people are reporting similar problems. Are you aware of and working on this issue? Also, "place order" would be better than "next" as the order button at the bottom of the page. I was suprised when it placed my order, was expecting to be kicked over to an order summary page first like is standard with many ecommerce sites.

From another person having similar problems;

I have spent over half an hour trying to buy two certificates to send as Christmas presents. I entered all information and then clicked next and the page never loaded. I shut down my computer and cleared the cache and cookies and history and logged in this time and had the same results. The system appeared user friendly up to the point where I clicked "next" and got nowhere. I have dsl broadband and a new dell.
