Probably because it shot up from 0.40 to 1.00 in two weeks. i.e. those who bought at 0.40 are still sitting on a nice profit even at 0.65. It's pretty clear we're back to the waiting game (waiting for more news, which is very infrequent, or the next quarterly numbers, which are still a couple of months out). People are impatient and some are taking their profit and heading off in search of greener pastures that are better prospects for turning a quick buck.
