Two problems with that number, that was nearly a month ago and only showed those shares that were currently in the market at that VERY TIME. It does not include shares that were not effected by the RS that were still in debt holder accounts who will get their shares at the same number that were not effected by the RS. The company was in fact diluting as it was posted, all the way until they killed the liquidity here, thus the need for the RS.
