I stand corrected. I did make a statement that some on the thread seemed unconcerned about the state killing innocent people. I forgot I posted that. I however did not post that to you. I apologize for forgetting that I post it and then stating that I did not post it. I dont however apologize for the original post in question. I am of the opinion that people here on this thread and on IHUB and in society in general are not that worried about the state killing innocent people. When DNA testing showed so many innocent people on death row innocent it also showed a systemic problem in the justice system not just those individual cases. If society were truly concerned about the State killing innocent people more people would have then and would be now addressing that systemic injustice in meaningful way.
