The Shares issued were part of the deal. Look I could care less either way. Just smearing the board by saying 35 million are gonna be dumped IMO Is inaccurate unless you have proof.
Yes they very well may Dump some shares I also have no proof, but until they actually do them it's a moot point.
20,000 to 1 is a very severe R/S. so Severe it leads me to believe they will slowly sell shares cause Finra is not gonna approve another after a 20,000 to 1. Finra is being very tough on R/S's now..
