Interesting. Keep in mind with a lot of the verbiage posted concerning customer's securities, it involves different securities purchased by customers through the investment banking conglomerate....so it is not concerning us. Customers most always are paid 100 percent. What may concern us is that as I read further about the disputes of Lehman and Barclays.....the doc I was reading (I lost the docket # now!) the doc stated in a nutshell, that aside from the SIPA situation, Barclays had agreed to the assumption of a variety of executory contracts.
