VNDM is a non-retail market maker ... usually indicates some sort of share conversion to commons from old loans/etc., even from previous management and dealings ... rarely shows size of how many they hold ... on the bid, can be great ... on the ask, depends on size and number of shares they want to rid themselves of ... creates the 'unknown' a little bit ... versus the clean trading seen with retail market makers such as ETRF (ETRADE), etc. etc. ... another example is VERT, a typically dilutive market maker ...
