wahz, net new highs are at the highest since May 17, 2002. That's something meaningful. Today we had more than the Dec, Jan, and March tops.

One thing I don't think gets factored in is the fact that these are 52-week highs. Also, who's making these highs is important also. Last spring the regional banks were all the rage, and that helped the new highs. We need to look and see who's making up the new high list to see if it is broad-based or just sector rotation.
