looking through the 8k again and one important point that i previously had skimmed over just jumped out at me...

the last bullet point on the last slide of the presentation:
"

Kitara Media will start acquiring, consolidating and integrating online advertising companies to fuel rapid growth

"

they also had a few slides regarding possible acquisition targets...sizes...etc


key phrase being, "to fuel rapid growth"
