For the SPX Weekly to get a Phase 1 next week, the SPX will need to get below 1632

Right now the 60 min UTL is at 1637.89 and the Daily UTL is at 1643.27, so both of these UTL's need to get below 1632 for the Weekly to really have a chance at a Phase 1 next week.
