JBII's 4 and 5 processors are going to be at the RockTenn(NYSE:RKT) site in Florida........that makes the most sense since there are literally MILLIONS of tons of waste plastic in RockTenn's monofills of waste plastic.........and JBII has a 10 Year contract to convert that FREE plastic into ASTM END USER Fuels............z

i have no doubts that is the presumption .. but i'm not so sure
i agree since imo FLA site won't be *ready* for how many more months/Qs?

i have my own thoughts on where 4 and 5 are headed .. but clearly
my thoughts are pure spec

that said i have few doubts that Rock Tenn (FLA site) gets X no. of prox b4 the eo 2014
