The combination of PhytoSphere Systems superior technology, proprietary and patented processes
Phytosphere was acquired for a very small amount of money from a license from another company. That a year later someone could think that the company and its inventory was worth $35mm is laughable. Now MJNA is stuck with illiquid and overvalued stock.
Since the close of Q1 2013 the company has opened up outside sales.
Translation: We can't sell it but hopefully someone will! I guess we will learn by mid-August if there have been any buyers.
I don't believe in the "build and they will come" approach. Selling consumers on a new product takes lots of effort and lots of money. Until CannaVEST starts making these outside sales, I will not be optimistic that Dixie has any momentum either. The Botanical line was introduced last year and didn't produce enough profits to stand out as more than a rounding error at best in Q1. Google "Dixie Botanicals" on Google News (or click here) and it's obvious that there is absolutely no interest yet. Same with CanChew gum.
Bottom-line: MJNA isn't a THC company, it's a CBD company not selling much CBD.
