Yep, latest PR basically says they are an up and coming company maybe with no competition:
May 31, 2013 (Al Bawaba Business via COMTEX) -- Hutech21 Co. Ltd, d.b.a. Prairie Oil Field Services Ltd. ("Prairie Oil Field" or "the Company"), a mining, manufacturer and distributor of crushed gravel and sand materials in North America, announced today that it has been responding to the areas of South Central Canada that were affected by at least 5 inches of rain over the past week, which required the emerging response crew at Prairie Oil Field.
According to a 5/22/13 report issued on CJOB, heavy rain last weekend caused the inflow to rise rapidly into Lake of the Woods. Outflow increases from Rainy Lake upstream will contribute even more inflow over the next week, so water levels will continue to rise rapidly. Outflow into the Winnipeg River will be increased again this Friday. The Winnipeg River level below the Norman Dam has risen about six inches over the past week, and is expected to rise another 13 inches.

Darcy Hird, President and CEO of Prairie Oil Field, "Throughout the week, we have taken a number of callers seeking our services to shore up flooded areas in municipalities and farming communities in Manitoba and other provinces in South Central Canada. We continue to serve this influx of business and are dedicated to helping all those affected by the flooding."
