Thank You for your post MIKAL! But there was no increase in A/S or
O/S.
this is Restricted Shares coming off restriction and the filing is
giving them the right to sell in the Open Market.. This is not
diluting the current Share Structure as those 40M shares are already
included in the O/S. Did Koen Dilute the stock Friday by selling
2M shares? Ofcourse not.

Thanks however for your opinion as it is important for all to
understand.
