I may have not phrased it correctly but sure u can get HBOgo "IF" you pay for HBO via cable company or satellite.
You can watch some programming from Disney on Netflix since they now have a deal its a growing number.
Roku has a free Disney channel but nothing is really there besides "clips" and "trailers"
GoogleTV can't broadcast Hulu, but Roku can. NFL live games aren't streamed on ANY device I know of - correct me if I'm wrong.
Shows like Warehouse 13, American Horror Story, and Simpsons to name a few are NOT available on streaming devices and ONLY available through a PC (have to have one hooked up to TV to view via ROKU).
Amazon Prime and Netflix both offer similar "dated" movies and some recent titles but try to watch Saw in its entirety and your outta luck.
Sure you can hook up an HDTV antenna to get local NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX but who wants a laptop to view PC only content, 4k streamer to view 4k content, Cable box to view HBOgo and NLF live games, XBOX One to play, PS4, BluRay, Router, Modem (normally cable so a bill there too), etc etc to watch 4-5 channels worth of programming?
My question is, how much will NTEK'S 4k streamer do that ALL these others seem to do IF you combine them all - but NOT ONE does it ALL.
Thx.
Oh and still a run to the movie store or Vudu to watch full chains of movies Saw 1-6,etc....
