Really? Don't even care anymore personally since I cannot sell and don't want to buy anymore.

Why is that so hard for this company to do? Don't tell me that releasing quarterlies with CURRENT information is going to effect business deals! I'd say NO ONE wants to do business with a company that is NOT in compliance to their current shareholders.
Prove me wrong here Tom, I've stood behind you long enough and am tired of defending your decisions. I don't agree with them, maybe because I have NO idea what the reasons are because you have shown us all little to no respect in explaining your reasons.
I'm sorry but releasing a 10k with year old info is like me telling my mother I stole $50 bucks outta her purse when I was 10 (I'm 37 now) - USELESS and POINTLESS!
