Isnt it funny that Ivest claims to invest in public companies, both minority and majority interests, however, has not filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its holdings.

And it is funny that Inequity claims on their website they raised $150 million from private investors, however, they failed to file their registration with the SEC.

I guess everyone surrounding SK3 cannot tell a lie to save their life.
